No Return or Exchange for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong size, changed your preference, or no longer wish to keep the product.
We strongly recommend checking the size guide, product description, colour, and other product details carefully before placing your order.
Intimate & Personal Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate products that have been opened, worn, used, washed, or have had their original hygiene seal removed cannot be returned or exchanged.
We cannot accept products that have been used or handled in a way that makes them unsuitable for resale. This policy helps us maintain hygiene standards and protect the health and safety of our customers.
Wrong or Defective Product
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered or appears to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Product Condition
Any product considered for a return or exchange, where applicable, must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and accompanied by its original packaging, tags, and hygiene seals.
